VALENTINE'S DAY and TRUE LOVE

I have never been one that truly liked Valentine's Day I love just loving the man I am with all the time. Our Valentine's gift to each other is moving into a house to start our lives together!! I love him in so many ways and am realizing more tonight than ever while he is away from me for the first time since we have been married how much I miss and love him. I am grateful to have a man in my life that will do anything for me. He will do anything to make me happy. He works really hard. He serves as much as he can. He balances me out for all the flaws I have. He is my true love and I know that coming to Florida was the right choice so I could meet him. I know the Lord knows what he is doing and he knew what he was doing with my life and I am glad that i was in tuned with the spirit long enough to know what he wanted to do with me!!

I love Steve not only on Valentine's Day but always but am grateful to have done all I could to meet him and to now be sealed for all time and eternity with him :) Happy Valentine's Day to all of you!!

I am horrible at this!!

Okay so a lot has happened since the last time I have told you all that is going on in my life. My husband and I are moving into a house that we are renting and are so excited!! We move in tomorrow!! Its a 3/2 with a good size living room, kitchen, and den room with a nice area for a dining room also!! we have a lot of rooms to fill up and a lot of things just not enough couches or furniture to fill up the space we are going to slowly find things that will work!! We are really looking forward to having our own place and moving out of my parents house!! It has been wonderful to have a place to stay and to catch up on some debt we had and we are now caught up! The Lord has truly blessed us in multiple ways! We are so grateful for the work that he has. I have 11 students at this moment i teach and then I also still am teaching primary on Sunday's. I have also been called to play the piano in Choir so that is also keeping me busy between all that is going on.

We are looking for a piano a digital one and would LOVE to know of some great brands and some great deals!! I am totally looking for a piano to have so I can teach at my home and not at the parents house anymore!!

We will put pictures up on facebook once we have some things in order and can then put pictures up.

We will not have internet at our house for the first bit we are there which I will keep a journal as much as I can and once I have time to go to the parents will try to do better about writing what is going on here!!! And keep you informed on what we are doing without internet and will only have basic channels for cable!!

We are so grateful for all the blessings we have!! Very wonderful :)

HAPPY NEW YEAR

Happy New Year to all!! I hope that the new year has brought lots of joys and excitement to all out there! I was thinking of some new year resolutions and a few that I wrote for this new year:
1. 15 piano or clarinet students
2. learn all primary kids names (we have quite a few kids and want to learn their names personally)
3. Be fit, run a couple of races
4. Cook often and find new meals (which I can then post on here for all to see and try out)
5. Finish a quilt of my h.s. tshirts, yeah.. still need to do that one..
6. Do some canning and sewing

Well that is pretty much all of them. I am hoping to learn lots of cool things this year and I did have to up my goal for piano and clarinet students because I went from 5 students to 9 in a less than a week right before the new year so I needed to up it a little bit more. I am now having people give out my name to others also and starting my own little business it is great.

Steve has a lot of overtime expected in his job right now to finish the new magic stadium by summer. He is taking one of the hardest classes of his electrician school and we are going to have him go to some summer school and applying to Valencia soon. It is going to be a busy little bit of life!!

We are loving Florida although, this past week record LOWS!! guess what all of you westerners!! We have had RECORD LOWS!! we had sleet the other day come down and our lows have been in the 20's wow!! Ice on the windshields which is horrible because NONE of us have ice scrapers out here!! Wow really cold weather! It is finally getting into the 60's finally :)
Been quite interesting winter!!

Hope you all had wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year!

Our Christmas!!!

Merry Christmas to all!! Our Christmas was wonderful! We love living close to both parents. We were able to spend Christmas eve with my parents which was quite busy they had LOTS Of people over which was nice, and learned what kind of traditions we might want to take from living with them, and look forward to starting our own traditions for next year. We spent the first half of Christmas with my parents and then headed to his parents for the end of Christmas day and Saturday with them.

Santa gave us a camera for Christmas and we really like it and been using it all the time!!
For the week of News years Eve we have been "house squatting" is how my parents put it in their newsletter. We are house sitting and watching this old dog for a week and loving the chance to be together ALONE! It is really nice. I have also had 2 calls for piano and have possibly 3 new students before the new year, and my goal is 10 before summer which would be an exstreme blessing! We are looking at house that has been offered for rent for us and maybe we will move into there we will see!

Lots of wonderful things to look forward to in the future we will see what the future instores for us!! i hope all that ever look at this are having a wonderful week and such and that all are safe!! WE are grateful for each other and look forward to the new year also!

The pictures are of Steve beating me at Pool, taking pictures with our new camera, a picture of the H1N1 but it looks like HiNi (hiney) lol.. so it was funny to us :) and messing with the camera it is our newest toy :)

About time I write again

Okay so for those of you who even check my blog, i know I don't write often and so I tried to write once a week, well that seemed to not work very well.. Maybe that will be my new years resolution. Things have been crazy here but fun. I STILL love my calling teaching music to the primary kids and this sunday December 20,2009 they will sing "The Nativity Song" ALL 5 verses it is awesome how well they learned the song and it is just fun to teach it to them. We will then run through the whole nativity story with them in Junior and Senior primary with singing songs it will be a blast to do this the week of Christmas because we know they will just be SO hyper to do anything else :)

I am playing the piano for the ENTIRE Christmas Program also this Sunday in Church and so I am going to be crazy till Sunday!! But look forward to the fun of playing I love to play the piano and grateful for the opportunity to help out with Choir. Also look forward to having it all over.

I am still teaching Piano and Clarinet and today only teaching one child the Holiday's make teaching very intense but look forward to the regular not a lot of things going on and make the regular amount of money with the teaching.

Steve and I have a chance to sing at Seaworld this Saturday for a free ticket each  so we will have a fun time doing that. We are also going to brave MGM this weekend and look forward to havin some fun before the Holiday's.

Thanksgiving was great and hope all of your Thanksgiving were good also? Were you able to see family I hope!!! Steve's parents came down and spent sometime with us and ate Thanksgiving with my Family and it was wonderful. We braved the Black Friday just a little bit and went to the Bass Pro Shop. That is an AWESOME shop by the way!! We took a picture or two before we headed to lunch at this Delicious place called "Fruddruckers" With HUGE hamburgers but all natural deliciousness.

Steve and I watched "Four Christmasses" and just LOVED the movie it was funny to us and Vince Vaughn and Reece Witherspoon I thought they did a great job playing together and it was funny I think because as a couple we could relate with them as a couple a little bit with questions about things and what not.. it was funny. We also watched "Julie and Julia" I really would like one of her cookbooks now that i watched that movie but it was also good, and I want to cook a lot more for Steve now. It motivated me to keep trying new things out and cooking more.

We are doing very well and looking for an apartment we can move into for this Summer. We are ready to get out of the parents house but grateful to have a place right now to stay. It is our time to start looking.

Oh we have been very blessed also with so many wonderful families in the ward who ask us to babysit all the time and we have made lots of extra money which has helped us to prepare to move out also we are grateful for all the many people in our lives!! Oh if anyone is in the Florida area and needs a break to sleep or whatever a lovely date with you and your husband give us a call :) We will babysit for a day, a week or overnight let us know!! We are learning lots from all the kids too!!

Well, I think that is all for now I will try harder to write more and keep you guys interested in my life :) I hope you all have a MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Love you all!!

more pictures

Okay part of these pictures have dinosaurs we found this place it was like a little museum in Islands of Adventure and found by Jurassic park this dinosaur place i have NEVER been there the entire time i had a season pass so those are some of those pictures.

OH loved G.I Joes by the way it was the BEST movie I have seen in a bit. So if you like action and not a lot of romance it is not a bad one to watch a couple of times. I would have to say I give it 5 stars which is better than most people who watched it or the critics who rated it :)

Pictures of Universal Studios

Steve and I had the chance to go and play a bit on Saturday November 21, 2009. We enjoyed going and playing for a bit. Steve doesn't like me taking a ton of pictures of him but he was a good sport and put up with the pictures. We went on some rides we haven't done before and one of them was the simulation one of the Simpson's which would be fun for us if we weren't getting older and it was super cray and I felt dizzy and a bit sick and Steve gets motion sick very easily and almost lost it on that ride.. thats the joy of getting older, sure cannot do the things I used to do. We did some shows haven't done for awhile or have never done. One was the BeetleJuice show and it was cute lots of music I knew and loud but good. We did the animal show and then walked around a ton. We enjoyed walking around and just chilling somewhere. We don't need to go here for awhile though. We also saw the construction of the Harry Potter that is coming up nicely and will open by Summer I believe.. or around there. The whole area looks awesome and will have to go in a couple of years when Harry Potter isn't as new.

Enjoy the pictures. There was a Christmas tree up and some of the pictures have me taking pictures of myself and trying to take a picture of Steve and I haha.. that didn't work out as well.
We saw a turtle in a lake and finished all that we really wanted to do by 4pm and went home and relaxed there.

It was a fun weekend!!
Enjoy the pictures again :)
